To recruit or not recruit? <-- That is the question.

At present, Maethyr Illuvatar is strictly a storage Kinship. Our individual personal homes and our Kinship house are set up for open sharing of resources for any Kinmates. Would this have to change?

Obviously recruitment screening will be strict since we have several hundred gold worth of materials (not to mention the hours upon hours invested in gathering all of said materials) open for all members, and my hope is that potential recruits could be trusted to enter the standing agreement that any materials taken should be either replaced or at least traded in-kind. New members would be expected to contribute to the Kinship resources caches and would also be expected to contribute to the financial obligations of the Kinship.

While the above paragraph shares my particular viewpoint on the matter, I would like to hear some feedback from current members whose opinions and viewpoints matter a great deal to me.

I'm not so comfortable with adding new members, but it does come with some risk. Plus, the only time we are on characters associated with MI are when we play our low guys. All of our other characters are in Salvation. Therefore, we wouldn't have much of a presence in MI and therefore our kin mates would have no loyalty or leadership. But, you can add Maggie smile
